my new start

Well, today I went to the indoor lap pool with a friend after putting the kids to bed. I did 45 minutes of swimming and then sat in the sauna for 10 minutes. I feel pretty good and really relaxed now. I really have to keep with it this time. It is not going to be easy, but I HAVE to do this. I'm not getting any younger and the kids deserve to have a healthy, active mother.
