I realize it's been a long time since I posted, and I need to update my page, and I've realized it's different being on SP when you're maintaining... but all you really need to know is that I've maintained my weight for over a year now (between 113-121, gw-115) and I ran my first Half Marathon at the Baltimore Running Festival in October.
I'll update everything else soon!
Now moving on, I got talked into doing a "Push Challenge" for January that was supposed to work up to 100 push ups at the end of the month, and then that was added on to, also got talked into a "Burpee a Day" challenge. So it's day 3 and I'm already sore, can't imagine how I'll feel on Jan 31st.
But here's my wokout schedule for the month...
