I'm sorry you had a bad day, I so understand that need to eat and have a few drinks when stressed out. How do we break that habit? Ugh! I wish I had that answer, I guess its a learning curve for us all HOWEVER, Kudos to you for logging those "bad" food and drinks and acknowledging the calorie contents. In time, maybe that will help detour you from continuing. Obviously I can't give advice as I am far from breaking that habit myself. I hope things get better for you soon at work. Hang In there!
Cheat days are nice to have, but not nice to allow yourself to have. It makes it seems as though normally you are depriving yourself when you shouldnt be. Moderation is key. Maybe if you had eaten half the pizza? It's the little things! But I understand stress kills us all on diets! lol. Especially me! I like how you turned it all around at the end and ended on a positive note. Good for you!
