This is my longest streak yet. 22 weeks of consistently working out 3x/week. I never would've thought I could sustain this workout plan, but I have.
I look back to August 27, 2012 when I made this commitment to myself and I am so proud that I rearranged schedules and told a few people "no" to invitations on days that I worked out. That sounds harsh, but it's easy to say no to ourselves and to compromise our inner feelings for others. However, I didn't give up a lunch date with a friend or miss quilt class, I just did it on the days I wasn't working out! Before August 27th I would have compromised my workouts.
This is one of my biggest accomplishments for 2012.
