This is going to be a short one. Have lots to share but I have a raging migraine right now so won't right much except for the fact that I am back & this time I will make it happen. A lot has happened since I last came on Sparkpeople.
Thank to Jen9erv for reviving my will to push myself. If any of you old spark friends are reading this I will be checking up on you ladies soon. Have loads to catch up on.
For now baby steps to get back on track
No "fake" sugar stuff from tomorrow
Drink 12 cups of water a day
Work out for 70 minutes 5 times a week
Sleep by 10:30 pm on week days.
Blog every day
