Tonight at the gym I realized that I have made some pretty good improvements in what I can do and how much longer I can do it! When I first started exercising about 6 weeks ago I couldn't walk very fast for very long. I was unable to do any sort of incline for more than 30 seconds. Tonight as I was walking it out on the treadmill, I realized I was walking at a much faster pace for twice as long and am able to do 5-10 minute intervals of a 2.5 incline! I think it's time for me to increase my fitness minutes. I no longer have to talk myself into going to the gym, it doesn't feel like a chore anymore. It's my time to release all the stress and tension of my busy life. I feel more energy and a lot more pumped up these days. Now I need to work on getting some strength training in. I am shooting for strength 2 days a week for now. As I drove home tonight, I realized I am happier. Happier and healthier and it feels GREAT!
