I can't believe it's already Day 6. Things have been going great, as far as eating healthy. I need to work on adding exercise starting next week. I plan on starting out slow. Maybe walking on the track at the high school with my granddaughter. So far my granddaughters and I are working on vitamins, 8 cups of water, eating salads, and smaller portions. It's great having a buddy to discuss nutrition and take along for exercise.
