Tired

I am tired! I called in for work late, so I only had a half hour to get ready. Yes I know, a whole half hour, but when your sleepy, that is nothing in time..anyways, in my rush this morning, I forgot breakfast....I was exhausted and hungry...I did manage to stave off my tummy rumbles til my early lunch...

I was definitely really hungry at supper time, so instead of a plate of pasta with my steak, I settled for my breakfast pancakes...no longer hungry, yay!

I also went to the step class offered by my zumba instructors...yea, I probably should have asked what a step class was before I went... I was doing pretty good for the first seven minutes, then it just went downhill...my legs would ache and I was terrified I was going to fall off the step! I made it through the 20 minutes of step, then we moved on to conditioning and core exercises.... (And here I thought conditioner was just for my hair!). I've learned I can't hold plank. Have absolutely no muscles in any part of my body and talk to myself (ok, that one was pointed out to me)...

I get to go see my nutritionist tomorrow...not as excited as I was...my scaled added 2 pounds this morning! Not cool at all!

    You are doing great! Keep it up! Really impressed that you stuck to the step class even though it was hard and who cares if you talk to yourself? :) keep it up!

    Hang in there--I couldn't hold a plank at first, either. Sounds like you ran out of steam/fuel during the step class. Did you have a snack? Were you drinking water? Hope today is a better day! emoticon emoticon

    I lol'd at your talking to yourself comment too. I do this all the time. Plus, I tend to mumble when I do it. So people always go what? And I respond, " Oh nothing, I am talking to myself." I must look like a real loon. Never that about it much either.

    Have a good night, and keep at it. Don't get discouraged. I can jump any given day considering what I eat. I decided to have oatmeal this evening I suspect it will spike my weight, but that's just water retention anyways so it will level.
