I didn't pack enough food for work today- I should have known better when I journaled breakfast, lunch, and snacks and it was 200+ calories under what I normally have. And some !^%&$! co-worker leaves a bunch of packs of kids fruit snacks in the kitchen. DOH! I end up grabbing FIVE over the course of the day and I'm just now realizing that's a big 400 calorie mistake. I'm depressed about it for sure! But I realize the only things I can do about it are admit it, learn from it, and move on. With this admission and maybe a bit longer on the treadmill tonight- I should be back in shape for tomorrow. With an appropriate lunch, of course!
