Admitting a failure

I didn't pack enough food for work today- I should have known better when I journaled breakfast, lunch, and snacks and it was 200+ calories under what I normally have. And some !^%&$! co-worker leaves a bunch of packs of kids fruit snacks in the kitchen. DOH! I end up grabbing FIVE over the course of the day and I'm just now realizing that's a big 400 calorie mistake. I'm depressed about it for sure! But I realize the only things I can do about it are admit it, learn from it, and move on. With this admission and maybe a bit longer on the treadmill tonight- I should be back in shape for tomorrow. With an appropriate lunch, of course!

    I good lesson learned. take it and have a great day tomorrow. packing my food for work is one of the key's to my strategies for losing. My work is constantly filled with sweets. there are cookies and brownies sitting in our work fridge right now. I tell myself that they must taste terrible after sitting out so long and are so not worth it! But it's tough when you are hungry. do you have a backup plan for healthy snacks for the next time you run into this issue (a local shop with fruits, healthy options in the vending machine)?
