1,000 fitness mins a month
read 1 book a week (52 books a year)
reintroduce non-water based exercises
regain my standing endurance (to where i can stand in place with no back pain)
regain my walking endurance (to where I can walk for 30 mins without needing to sit down due to back pain)
To do some form of movement that would be considered fitness based daily as i would love to do a 365 days in a row fitness streak like Mostmom1 on sparks did. Even when i am at work I can do something.
To change my attitude about asking questions/and my tendancy to just assume things.
To become more social(less introverted) when i am around people i do not know very well. Bacially become less private and closed off to people in general....get out of my shell LOL
Laugh outloud more. Find humor in stupid commercials etc. Choose fun/positive tv shows more often and less things that bring me down......watch less of the filled with bad news kind of programming for a change.
