This is really a different approach than I usually take to lose weight. Typically I allow myself very little to eat for big weight loss results. I'm using the Nutrition Tracker and have stayed within my allotted calories, I feel very satisfied. I'm exercising 30 minutes each evening with interval card.io and strength. I feel like I'm on the right track! emoticon

    Thanks for the encouragement! I am using the Fitness Tracker as well as the Nutrition Tracker. My plan is to get more familiar with the website this weekend to make sure I'm utilizing all the tools! :)
