Today I planned to go to the gym and do a half hour of weights and then a half hour on the elliptical , didn't happen. Some people would say that was a big Fail. FFFF. I did something I exercised I only did 25 minutes on the elliptical, that almost made my goal. That is a 83 or a B . That is something . This means everything to my health and happiness. I did 20 minutes with the weights another B. I am learning I am growing .I am getting healthier and happier.
I am learning that it always doesn't have to be all or nothing. Some things are very important. Like my health and happiness every little thing I do towards a better me is a win not a failure. Their are no f's in trying to be healthier and lose weight,not if your trying.
Plus this whole losing weight and stepping on the scale stuff sucks. I only lost a pound this week ,Last week I didn't lose any. The week before I sat around and ate chips and lost three pounds. What the Hey!!!!!
I'd rather think that I am redesigning me. I am trying to resculpt my body to get a new look. A sleeker , healthier model. To do this I need to eat the healthiest I can, and work out as often and be as creative as I can. I will look to my positives , ignore my dark side and my failures. I can, I will, I Try . I Become. I will get there . Are you with me.?
