Today I planned to go to the gym and do a half hour of weights and then a half hour on the elliptical , didn't happen. Some people would say that was a big Fail. FFFF. I did something I exercised I only did 25 minutes on the elliptical, that almost made my goal. That is a 83 or a B . That is something . This means everything to my health and happiness. I did 20 minutes with the weights another B. I am learning I am growing .I am getting healthier and happier.

I am learning that it always doesn't have to be all or nothing. Some things are very important. Like my health and happiness every little thing I do towards a better me is a win not a failure. Their are no f's in trying to be healthier and lose weight,not if your trying.
Plus this whole losing weight and stepping on the scale stuff sucks. I only lost a pound this week ,Last week I didn't lose any. The week before I sat around and ate chips and lost three pounds. What the Hey!!!!!

I'd rather think that I am redesigning me. I am trying to resculpt my body to get a new look. A sleeker , healthier model. To do this I need to eat the healthiest I can, and work out as often and be as creative as I can. I will look to my positives , ignore my dark side and my failures. I can, I will, I Try . I Become.     emoticon Hi Joanne , yes , I here you about creating a new me. Its tough sometimes . I think your on a good learning curve ! I also feel their are no failures. I just question why we need to be so hard on ourselves. I am trying to correct that within myself. Thanks for all of your support lately , really appreciate.   Great job on seeing the big picture. Today at work is really crazy. I am finally taking my lunch an hour later than I should. However, I have about a mile walk to and from work from my house. Rather than take the bus (I don't own a car) I decided to see how fast I could get to work walking, once I am off I am going to see how fast I can get home. This is not the ideal exercise for me, but right now I will take what I can get.
Keep going you can do it!!!

    Awesome!! I got two bags of garbage gathered last night and got the reconciliation with our accountant at work done at work and cleaned out two filing cabinets! :) I shreded an entire drawer of 7 year old documents!! I feel good!!

    I sat around and ate chips today so I hope I lost 3 pounds too! Fat chance tho. (Seriously, if you could see my stomach, you would say "fat" chance too. lol) Great job working out today. I say ALL workouts are good workouts, so you should be proud of yourself for doing it. I'm giving you an A+! emoticon

    You did better than me today. I had every intention of walking at 5:15 this morning but just couldn't face the cold. I did not walk at lunch either.

I DID stay in my calorie range though. I worked late and had to stop at the grocery store on the way home to get greens for my bunnies. It was 6:30 and I was SO HUNGRY. I fondled all the potato chip and Cheetos - you know, picking them up, putting them back, picking them up again and reading the calories, putting them back. I stayed strong because of everyone here on Spark and resisted and got the hell out of the store before I could cave. Drove 45 minutes to get home and raced into the kitchen to make some quick enchiladas. Glad I waited. emoticon

Remember, emoticon stay strong!

    I so am with you. A healthier more content me is what I am looking for. But the first was so hungry, yesterday not so much, today till late afternoon I was hungry. Fine since then, had a good supper and fine since. I don't know what or why, as I am making sure I have protein, I wonder if not enough carbs hmmm that would be diff! LOL
