It's been a good day. I "hiked" in the snow for 30 minutes with the young dog. We both needed it and I've become a little obsessed with my exercise. I'm a little sore from strength training two days ago. I often wonder if I'm the only one that is more sore on day 2?
I've eaten at the lower end of my calories, but I still feel full. I made penne and I usually don't eat a lot of pasta. Between that and the garlic bread, I'm done eating tonight!
I also cleaned the horse paddock. That's a nice whole body workout in the cold. So still at it on day three! Let's all keep at it because together
