2013 - Changes

Okay overall 2012 was not my best year. I have gained back a lot of the weight I lost in 2011. But the road lays ahead is the road I will travel. So my goals for this year is to focus on movement and what I am eating. I have a goal to average 5 miles a day for the year. That means ultimately I will walk more than that each day but it is my 1st goal. Next it to stay hydrated, I have struggled with that but no more. I am also really plan what I eat each day. I do the best when I have a plan.

I also plan to stay out of the gym and do my walk/exercise outdoors as much as possible as I notice when I do that I have less allergy issues and therefore less migraines both of which were a major struggle this year. Each day is an opportunity to meet these goals. I will not beat myself up for what I did yesterday!
