Week One Day One
4 minutes walking/1 minute jog
repeat this 3 more times.
After the first jog had no idea how I'd be able to jog again. But I did.
After the 3rd jog, I thought, OK, that's enough. Next time I'll do all 4 intervals. But I did do it.
I have to talk to myself as if I was giving someone else advice.. so I'd say, Heidi, that is fantastic, starting is the hardest part, you can and will do this,forget the other times you started and stopped.. keep going.. all the way to that 5k in a couple months!
