Already out to a shaky start. I've went over on my calories a couple of times, but not by too much. And definitely not enough to set me back. I expected getting back on my fitness program would be difficult. I know I need to take it slow and get readjusted to eating healthier and exercising. I'm setting small goals for myself such as making sure I drink my 8 glasses of water each day, staying under 1900 calories, and exercising for 10 min each day.
Starting next week, I joined the SparkPeople January Challenge. I'm really looking forward to it.
