Thanks for the link. It shows us how far they will go to get you hooked on their product.
Alas in this day and age most people are being taught to use computers instead of how to feed and take care of their bodies. Fads are everywhere and it is such a tragedy. Animals in the wild teach their young survival skills. The human offspring are too often not taught anything about survival,in fact parents are not educated themselves adequately to be able to teach them very much.
Human offspring just take what they are given and survival skills are just not offered by many.
I grew up poor and homeless for a while and that was the very best education in my life. Think for yourself, do for yourself and with that you can be proud of yourself.

Thanks for sharing. I think SparkPeople is the true way to lose weight. It not only is free and no foods are prepared for you with you not knowing what all is included in the processing. We can prepare our own with ingredients we know!! The cost is rather steep too. For me, SP all the way!! emoticon

Spark People Is The WAY TO GO!!! I've read the Consummer Report and did not like the diets at all. A Lot Of The Foods aren't Healthy. Cost is out on sight and the average person couldn't afford them. Spark People has everything You need so Stick With Them. They offer Support and Everything You need. God Bless You and Have a Terrific Day. Take Care.

The ingredients on those food plans are NOT healthy. i would not eat them for free. SP teaches knowledge and how to make wise choices and is FREE. I am sticking with SP!

Interesting. I think a lot of people pay for meals because they don't know how to cook.

I know I'll never do anything I have to pay for again--why would I when SP is right here and free for the taking (and giving--I find i get a lot more out of it when I contribute to my teams/friends). Thanks for the link to the article, Chris.

Thank you! Wow, no wonder we love SP so much!! All the oodles of benefits out-weigh all the money required for practically everything else!!

Interesting that the top 3 diets involved processed "foods" like pre-prepared meals, shakes and bars - all full of preservatives and GM junk.
Who paid these people to write the report???

ISN'T IT INTERESTING HOW THINGS CHANGE OVER THE YEARS? DO YOU THINK IT COULD BE BECAUSE WE NOW HAVE SO MUCH JUNK AVAILABLE TO US?
