Bah Humbug start 10 2013.

2012 was a good year. I lost 15 pounds since starting to work two jobs. This was without monitoring my calories and exercising. I think a synthroid adjustment helped with that.

So for 2013 I had a plan. A plan to focus on health and fitness, not weightloss. My plan was to do this by exercising at least 150 to 225 minutes a week. The exercise could be anything, the goal was to at least get the minimal minutes. Now begins 2013 and I've only been able to exercise once. I was in an accident yesterday and I'm sick today. So, the goal for the first week will not be reached. I mean it might, but we'll see how tomorrow goes. Next week we are moving into our house and the priority will be moving with minimum impact to my ability to work, so next week will be a wash as well. I'm not giving up, just recognizing that some plans are just that plans. I'll jump back on the goals/plans after we are settled into the house.
