I have not been a good sparker for the last few weeks but that is changing today. I did fine during the Christmas holiday but have gained two pounds since then. SO...................I weighed in this morning and have resolved get back to my healthy eating and exercising habits. I will make NO MORE EXCUSES...............starting right now!
