Day 3 of the New Year

Well, day 3 is going well. I have lost the weight of the NYE Shenanigans. Yea, I said I was not going to step on the scale, but I just couldn't do it. LOL. Well, it turned out to be okay. I had a nice day of swimming and aqua aerobics today. It was nice and hard at the same time. I usually use the floating snake to help with my treading of water, but I was curious if I could do it without. I succeeded in doing it, but found out it is VERY difficult to tread water with your hands out of the water. Well, it might be easy for people who know how to swim well, but I do not, so I definitely got a lot of exercise. :)
I will be going for a little 20 minute walk with the black dog a little later. And I also swam and aqua jogged for 40 minutes. So, I will be getting my 120 minutes in. I want to get as much exercise as possible until Saturday, because I am going to the bbf's house (Kathy) to spend some time with her an the baby for a couple of weeks. I don't have access to a gym. I still lose weight there. I try to walk at least 5 miles a day while I am there. I won't have access to a scale for the time I am there. Oh dear that is always frightening. I guess if I do what I have to do and track everything then I shouldn't be too worried. I spent an an entire month there one time back in September and I still lost weight.
I am kind of sad. My mom and I are going to take down Christmas decorations tomorrow probably. It always hits me when the tree comes down that the holidays are over, and that is kind of :( But, there are still things to look forward to. The Packers being in the Superbowl, ;) and St. Patties Day, and Easter, and Christmas next year :P I know I am silly.
