9:40 PM here. Today was the first day I tried tracking the Weight Watchers points.
My goals this week are:
1. Going back to tracking my food! Both WW points and just regular SP tracking.
2. Re-learning to drink water.
3. Blogging about the process.
3 - here I am!
2 - 5 glasses of water today... not enough, but better than before!
1 - SP food tracking was great! WW points - somewhat less convenient. But the strangest thing is that, while with the points I went over the 28 or 29 daily points - SP tracking told me I was still at the lowest end of the caloric range...
