So my first week is done!

My results

Weight loss = -4.7lbs emoticon

Cardio = 459 minutes
ST = 30 minutes
Food = 16 WW points (640 cals) over weekly target

So there are now 26 weeks left, 30.7lbs to goal = 1.1lbs per week emoticon
