Call Me Crazy But ....

When all my children are home, my cars fixed, and life has normalized Ive decided to post a "Week with the Ws" on my (non SP) blog .... Almost everyone I know says to me, "What do you eat?" because we eat non-processed/whole foods ... I think itll be fun and hold me accountable to "No Treats" (which is my code word for going out to eat and skipping our healthy real food eating ways....)

Today was a good day health wise ... sanity wise not so much. I did my C25K, ST, Yoga, Meditation, and I ate well. I did not however get any cleaning, batch cooking, bills paying, car problem fixing stuff done ... but hey its only 3;45 .... theres time left in the day - right?!

I, too, eat mainly whole foods rather than convenience foods. I'm surprised it's so difficult for your friends to understand!

    Those muffins sound super yummy :) I have a freezer full of random whole wheat/spelt muffins that I throw in my kindergarteners lunch box all the time ... he loves them! Suprise flavor of the day! haha

Ya, I know ... I thought that too ... hey I got nothing else done BUT I worked out so there! haha (Today same story!! Cant seem to find the motivation to pick up haha)

Pizza sounds good , I made those High Protein Blueberry Muffins Today - they are real D-Lish - I used whey (plain) Megs Recipe and easy too ! anyway - Thanks for your support - better today !
