Well, hello there! This is my weekly update...

I did ok with food, it could be better, but I am definitely making improvements. Adding in lots more fruit and veggies, getting my Squash while it is still in season too! Smoothies for lunch have become my new favorite thing.

Water intake is fabulous. I never struggle with this. I have a 2 Qt pitcher that I fill each night and keep in my fridge, and I have no problem finishing that and then some extra throughout the day. I have started adding lemon slices every other day or so in order to get the benefits from lemon, but not daily because of how harsh it can be on teeth.

Exercise is going well. 2/3 since the start of the New Year... taking a day off today because my legs are a bit sore, but back at it tomorrow morning! I signed up for an unlimited pass for Zumba this month. My goal is to be there at least 3 times a week, plus other exercises the days I do not Zumba.

No Pop for 8 days!
