I also encourage you not too add another thing to your list yet! HOLD THAT THOUGHT...if you want to start cutting down, that is okay, but you don't want to shock your body by eliminating the whole list ( trust me, I know! )

I am so excited for this challenge, it is just what I needed. ( down 3 pounds) just by eating well...and I know that is not FAT loss, but just my gut cleaning itself out! It is the is amazing how much you can store in your intestines.

Kristin - Detroit, U.S.A. She is going to curb: White processed carbs - white sugar/white flour.

Staying strong. Rosacea is starting to clear up. Thank goodness! They say food doesn't have anything to do with acne and I beg to differ. Clean eating does wonders for my skin:)

    So far so good. Walking every day, more like trudging. LOL. so far no coffee and I've managed to keep it to 1 caffeinated tea a day for dsys 2 and 3. Am also starting to slowly lower my soda intake, yesterday only 18 oz and today only 15. Sadly that's actually an improvement. Am going to try replacing some with warm water and lemon.

Thanks for the recipes. Looking forward to trying out the soup soon. CJ

    Day 3 successful. Only 3 cups of coffee... That is down quite a bit.
No sugar or dairy or wheat and alcohol/ soft drinks.
Made turkey quinoa coconut curry for dinner, yum!

    Cold here too. But 39 degrees Fahrenheit. My sister from Toronto is visiting my Mom in Arizona over the holidays. Keep it going in 2013.

    Thanks for the link - I should have read that before I bought (and ate!) the quinoa. I was thinking rice and potatoes... duh. Oh well. I enjoyed the 2 tablespoons I had and the soup is starting to smell nice.
Ok, I went back and read it again... quinoa is a replacement for white carbs? Help, please! I like to know if I blew my no-white-carbs today :)
