I also encourage you not too add another thing to your list yet! HOLD THAT THOUGHT...if you want to start cutting down, that is okay, but you don't want to shock your body by eliminating the whole list ( trust me, I know! )
I am so excited for this challenge, it is just what I needed. ( down 3 pounds) just by eating well...and I know that is not FAT loss, but just my gut cleaning itself out! It is the truth.....it is amazing how much you can store in your intestines.
