Day 2 Ultimate Reset

After a much better and fullfilling night of sleep 7 hours which for me is doing quite well. I woke up took my supplements and weighed in (I'm weighing daily throughout just to make sure I'm not going down too quickly in weight). 4.5 lbs down the previous days weigh in was a bit inflated from overindulgence on New Years Day so this was about what I expected to see on the scale since I know how much fluff my body will hold if I'm indulgent. Today the food was wonderful once again, Breakfast was Oatmeal with fruit and nuts (old school cook your own not instant). Lunch was a microgreen salad again which I fancied up. Today it was supposed to be Greek salad with Chicken but since we already don't eat meat very often I didn't buy chicken just for the salad. I added toasted pumpkin seeds and a bit of edamame for the protein. Tonight is a mexican night of sorts guacamole is on the menu although not as much as I would like to eat (love guac). Salsa, corn tortilla, and black beans and brown rice. Overall I am super excited for this meal and all of them really. My energy has been good so far, I have been getting full, and I am really liking the reset. Getting 15000 steps in each day and drinking lots of water.
