Work out 2 on the way!

So, my sister and I went to the Y yesterday for the first work out of the new year. Of course it was very busy because A LOT of people make resolutions to lose weight. I am determined to stick through the first couple of weeks (the hardest time), and watch the Y get less and less busier. Sounds bad, but I used to be one of those people. I would go strong for a week, then would skip a day, then 2, and so on and so forth.

I am determined not to do that this time. Im actually not sore from last nights work out. I am going to my second work out of the year tonight- Zumba! Im pretty excited because I love zumba. This isnt the first time I've been. I've actually been going to zumba 2x a week since September of 2012.

I still need to work on my eating habits. They aren't the best. I have been cutting down A LOT on snacking in between meals. However, I need to work on more veggies and fruits. And ESPECIALLY water. Small steps at a time, right?
