Well earning these points has helped me meet many sparkfriends! You are great support. thank you!

I need to focus on my exercise and food intake so probably I will be limiting my sparking--that is tough for me. But sitting at the computer does not get off this fat. Darn.

    How about using time to spark as a reward for working out? Make a commitment that you will get on the computer and spark only after you have done ______amount of minutes of exercise. For every minute that you workout, you will spend 3-5 minutes sparking. I like to call this the "dangling carrot" effect. I use it often! emoticon emoticon

    Have you tried hiding your computer chair? I started doing that because my toddler kept tripping over it and then it just became motivation to stand more.

    I have been known to stand and march in place, or do calf-raises, calf-rocking, squats and leg lifts while I spark....I call it multi-sparktasking. emoticon
