Jan 3rd. 2nd work out. Kind of a wimpy workout, but I'm just going to plug away at things. 60 min a day, 5-6 days a week. Period. And getting back on track nutritionally.
It's hard to feel "hungry" when I had a week of being full to the gills.
Retraining my body.
I can do this.
I've also done 2 ST workouts. These flabby arms are going bye-bye!
