Day 2

Yesterday was good did a chest and bicep workout and a 30 minute swim. Kept on track with the diet. Did have 3 chocolates at work but could have been worse. Drinking gallons of water of starting to feel a little less puffy and bloated. Almost an entire month if eating everything and anything except fruits and veggies was a very bad choice :)

Going to sit down this weekend and make my running training plan. I'm pretty sure I am going to do the same half marathon I did last year but this time with consistent training. I love running but can talk myself out it so easily.

Today is leg day and minimum 30 minutes cardo. A quick swim if I have time. I'm on night 2/4 for work and will take tomorrow off from weights and just do cardio at home so I can not worry about getting to the gym.

    Do what you can! Just keep moving! If you don't keep moving you risk rusting in place, I so totally resemble that!
