January 2013 Goals

A New Year! I know I'm late writing this, but I still need to put it down. =)


1. Cut back on soda. Drink more water. I was really good about not drinking very much soda for a few months, but the holidays got me. I know I can do this again!

2. Start working out again, no matter how small the amount. It all adds up!

3. Start planning meals better. With me working days now, there's more temptations available for wrecking my healthy eating. The cafeteria is a grease pit at work. The store at work only has high sodium or high fat snacks available right now. They're "conveniently" out of fruit packs, so maybe I just need to bring my own!

4. Make myself a priority. I really don't do much for myself anymore..or for the last ten years or so lol. I need to realize that I'm just as important as my kids are...time to take care of Mom. =)

*** My goal is to lose 5 pounds this month. 5 pounds each month is 60 pounds gone at the end of this year. How awesome would that be?? I'm also going to start breaking down my goals for each month, instead of a New Years Resolutions list.

    I love your goals! 5 pounds a month doesn't sound nearly as insurmountable as 60 pounds for the year. WONDERFUL goal!! You can do this!!! emoticon

    great goals love especially the one about brown bagging it which will also save money that you can spend to pamper you with.with a bit of organization is very doable. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
