Well all of us in this new year of 2013, are off to Walking and keeping our bodies in shape and Keep Healthy and our body fit. I really don't care about how heavy my body is at my age, as my 73 birthday is next week. My body seems to know what it wants to weigh. I am more interested at my age feeling good every day, and moving freely without any soreness or physically strained, keeping within my BMI range . I am working on my exercise three times a week on my strength training with my muscles and walking at least 10000 steps a day bu using my life source measure, and riding my recombinant Bicycle about 30 minutes. My weight seems to remain within 3 pounds of my original weight. I would love to loose about 5 pounds, so this is really my goal to work on this year.
