SO how I feel right now. Trying to slowly make healthier choices in my eating. Last night was taco night, made mine with just a few chips, lots of lettuce, some meat, a little cheese and 1T sour cream. Quite yummy, not the most filling but we had a choir potluck that night too so I was saving some room, we brought a vege tray...the only healthy item served that night...LOL
Tonight after worship team practice, we plan on hitting the gym before going home. I'm excited. Don't care if it's swimming laps or walking on a treadmill, it'll be moving my butt which is what needs to happen more often.
So far I've managed to cut back to only 1 cup of coffee per day, down from 2-3. Brought instant oatmeal into work as well as yogurt for breakfasts cause I can't seem to eat before I leave the house (40 min drive). And have packed myself leftovers for lunch the past two days I've been back, so eating a bit healthier, but more importantly not spending money on fast food.
Today's breakfast was 1 cinnamon/apple oatmeal pkt and 1 cup coffee w/sf creamer.
Today's lunch is leftover green bean casserole, and some homemade chili.
Also have an orange and popcorn if I need a snack.
Dinner i'm not to sure about yet...lol
Down a bit from monday in my unofficial weigh in this morning (keeps me on track). I'm excited to see what the rest of the week hold for me.
