Spent time with Sarah yesterday. We went and had our hair cut together and just caught up with each other. Loved the gift she gave us.
This morning: Armed and ready with my fitbit and ipod for the first time on my walk. Such fun!! I downloaded the best workout songs from a Spark recommendation and it really did make me want to pick up the pace. Loved it!! Also, for the first time in I don't know how long, slept in until 8 a.m. What a treat. Almost always up no later than 6 a.m., and usually more like 5.
Made Chef Megs provincial slow cooker chicken yesterday. Very tasty. New vegetables I have tried this week: Kale and leeks. Not bad!!
1.90 miles walked this morning. Down to 119.94 to go!! 8.2 walked for the week so far and my goal is 10 miles. Still have 3 days so should hopefully blow away this number.
