I'm more determined than ever to reach my goal by summer. I've been searching the blogs for tips and secrets (really helpful hints) to help keep my hunger under control and boost my workouts. As of January 1st I started using my stationary bike (that I bought last Feb - actually the reason I was afraid to use it was because I had to put it together myself and at the time was close to the 'weight limit' - so I was afraid I would break it!). After a couple of days of using it I'm sort of getting into it. I've always wanted to take a spinning class but have a bad back and was pretty sure I wouldn't last but 5 minutes, tops! I've also been searching youtube for motivational videos that I can watch while on the treadmill. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
