I don't gain weight! I lose a little instead.
I am into Day 3 of tracking everything that I eat. I have increased my breakfast a little, because I think that I haven't been eating enough calories during the day, and that this contributes to my overeating at night.
My law partner is making it clear that he won't be sticking out the next 4 years with me and retire at the same time (he's 6 years older than I am) as I can. I can't run the business by myself. Looks like I have no more than 18 months to develop Plan B. Stress? Uh, yep.
So, the first thing that I have to do is to put my finances in order. I have been executing a plan for that. It sort of flies in the face of my husband's plan to enjoy life, but, hey, it is what it is...LOL!
