Guess what happens if I track all of my food?

Thursday, January 03, 2013

I don't gain weight! I lose a little instead.

I am into Day 3 of tracking everything that I eat. I have increased my breakfast a little, because I think that I haven't been eating enough calories during the day, and that this contributes to my overeating at night.

My law partner is making it clear that he won't be sticking out the next 4 years with me and retire at the same time (he's 6 years older than I am) as I can. I can't run the business by myself. Looks like I have no more than 18 months to develop Plan B. Stress? Uh, yep.

So, the first thing that I have to do is to put my finances in order. I have been executing a plan for that. It sort of flies in the face of my husband's plan to enjoy life, but, hey, it is what it is...LOL!

emoticon emoticon Tracking is really awesome. I try to track everything that goes into my mouth even itty bitty Altoids. :P It really makes a big difference.

I hope everything works out with your partner retiring. Stress can always hurt the healthy eating attempts. Keep with it.

Have a good New year.

Good job on the tracking and positive results! **SIGH** It's so frustrating when our Plan A doesn't work out, but good for you for going for Plan B! You can do it.

HUGS and hang in there. BREATHE!
