2013 Stats, Goals & Action Plan

Thank you all to my Spark friends that helped make 2012 a good year for me even with set backs. I wanted to take a moment to let you all know how much I really and grateful you cheer me on. Even if I don't always get back to you, please know it is a true blessing to me.

I started the Supreme 90 program on 1/2/13.

As promised here are my stats, and I will be posting them each Friday on my workout sheet.

Friday stats:
1/4
Wt - 131
BF% - 27.5
BMI - 22.5

Chest - 36
Waist - 32
Belly button - 35.5
Hips - 36
Thighs - 20.5

I got a rescue dog

Her name is Gracie she is 1 yr 1/2 old Spitz.


Goals -
emoticonRunning 5-6 miles weekly
emoticonFinish Supreme 90 then do round 2 of Insanity
emoticonTrain new Dog and work on behavior issues
emoticonSave $1-$2 per day

Plan of action -
emoticonWill add short burst of running to my walks at 1-2 min intervals increasing per few weeks
emoticonStudy my new Yoga books to get certification in 2013
emoticonGo meatless 1 night a week
emoticonTake $7 minimum from pay weekly for savings

In addition to:
emoticon100 Jumping Jacks per day
emoticon20 Push ups per day
emoticonNeck stretches 2-3 times a day at my desk
emoticonDeep breathing exercises to increase lung capacity for running and Yoga
emoticonWill go back to monitoring weight and BF% weekly on Fridays.

I had a great vacation with my family and enjoyed 10 days off from the office and am ready to rev up 2013!

    What a cute new fur baby! Love your training plans too. Simplicity. I like the idea of adding breathing exercises too.
