Thank you all to my Spark friends that helped make 2012 a good year for me even with set backs. I wanted to take a moment to let you all know how much I really and grateful you cheer me on. Even if I don't always get back to you, please know it is a true blessing to me.
I started the Supreme 90 program on 1/2/13.

As promised here are my stats, and I will be posting them each Friday on my workout sheet.
Friday stats:

BF% - 27.5
BMI - 22.5
Chest - 36
Waist - 32
Belly button - 35.5
Hips - 36
Thighs - 20.5
I got a rescue dog
Her name is Gracie she is 1 yr 1/2 old Spitz.
Goals -

Running 5-6 miles weekly

Finish Supreme 90 then do round 2 of Insanity

Train new Dog and work on behavior issues

Save $1-$2 per day
Plan of action -

Will add short burst of running to my walks at 1-2 min intervals increasing per few weeks

Study my new Yoga books to get certification in 2013

Go meatless 1 night a week

Take $7 minimum from pay weekly for savings
In addition to:

100 Jumping Jacks per day

20 Push ups per day

Neck stretches 2-3 times a day at my desk

Deep breathing exercises to increase lung capacity for running and Yoga

Will go back to monitoring weight and BF% weekly on Fridays.
I had a great vacation with my family and enjoyed 10 days off from the office and am ready to rev up 2013!
