I'm energized and feeling an unbelievable high! The legs are feeling a beautiful soreness along with my tush. I think the wide-leg squats with the kettlebell lift is working. Today, I'll get inmy PUSH activity with 200 kettlebell swings with a squat. I've completed 100 so far and will get in the other 100 after this post. I'm really liking the leg lifts on my back as I work my abs. What seems odd is that my hips are feeling a bit sore. What is that about? I hope I'm positioning myself well, and that my stance is correct. I think I'll go ahead and add in a 10# waist whittler to reward myself with the high I'm feeling.
Eating is great also. Today's breakfast consisted of a Mexican flair that included a muenster cheese queadilla with 5 oz of tenderloin pork with green chili, tomatoes, onions, and garlic. I truly enjoy the spicey flavors.
For day 3, the feeling of being off to a great start is so invigorating. If all goes well, I may be able to get in another 80 min walk around the park.
