Happy January 3rd!
I am feeling very discouraged this morning. Despite exercising for the past week and watching what I eat (at least 90% of the time), I have gained weight.
Plus, I have to go to the Dr today and I don't want them to write down that number!!
So, with this in mind, I realized that I set BIG 2013 goals, but no intermediate or smaller goals. I know from experience that this is a big deal.
So... my first baby goals will be:
* Reach 475 minutes of cardio in January
* Under 150 by Feb 1 (this is only 3.8 pounds as of this morning - should be totally do-able, right?)
These are both a bit of a stretch for me... since I have a real problem with exercising consistently and I keep hitting 149.8 and then gaining a few pounds back. I'm ready to be done with the 150's! (Can't really believe I'm saying that because it was SO hard to get to the 150's two years ago... but it's time to move on!)
