Baby steps back...

1. Log into Sparkpeople every day emoticon

2. Cut out soda & drink water instead



3. Exercise at least 3 times a week emoticon emoticon emoticon

    how about green tea....it might be better than plain water, unless you love plain water....
small steps helped me loose 200+ pounds and have kept most of them off for over years....
