cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes 4 days a week
eat at least 3 fruits and 3 vegetables daily.
get at least 7 hours of sleep 6 days a week
Perform ST at least 3 days a week.
To do some stress relieving exercises 3 days a week. (yoga/meditation/deep breathing)
