I have run 3 out of the past 4 days. Im doing good. I go by myself 1 day..then the next I take my 6 yr old daughter. I have recruited my husband to help push me out of the house. Him and the kids. I hate video games, so they rarely get to play. If I go running/walking for an hour then they get to play :-) Im doing good drinking water. I cut out tea (my husband likes it really sweet) and instead of going all hardcore and cutting sodas all together. I bought some of the smaller ones (the little 90 calorie sodas) and I'm only allowed 1 a day. It's worked well. Ive been cooking alot of venison lately, which is lower in fat and calories and that helps too. I am the heaviest I have been since I was pregnant with my last child. :-(
I will start coaching softball for the spring season in a couple months and I dont want to be fat or out of shape when I do. I will say it...When I woke up this morning I was 197.5 lbs!!!!!!! Yikes!
This week at the grocery store will be lots of fruit and veggies. Time to do work
