dead these past five or six years.

just went home from visiting me, on Sunday.

I don't tend to remember dreams. I do remember dreaming about a growth on my back last night, and I remember being very worried about it and never being able to leave it alone, but I don't remember anything else about the dream I was in at the time.

Favorite drink?
water, especially when filtered through coffee beans.

What room are you in?
office/lobby where I work.

Your hobby?
learning to knit, writing, reading--wait, I don't have time for hobbies!

Your fear?
I was just thinking this morning about a fear I used to have of old people. I think I've gotten over it.

Where do you want to be in 6 years?
6 is an arbitrary number... hmm... I would like to be working steadily--maybe here, maybe in a school, developing my family, adding on to my house if it's at all possible... or in a new, bigger house.... hehehe.

at home, trying to get my daughters to sleep so I could sleep.

recumbant bicycle. I was gonna say "stationary" but I realize I'd be happy with a recumbant mobile bike, too.

my life is good. I'm giddy right now because while filling this out, I got an email from KLBT, or local Christian radio station, and it tells me that I've won a free lunch at Chili's with Jeff from their morning show and Jeanette next week... Free lunch!

not at the moment.

water, currently. Filtered, but not through beans of any kind.

weird thing: the brake light keeps coming on intermittently. Other than that, it's been working great for about a month, now.

socks. Kinda wish I were.

Amazon, I guess. I don't like shopping.

blue. Any shade of blue.

When is the last time you cried?
dude, I'm a mom. I cry at commercials, I cry at the news... but the last time I remember crying was a week or so ago, reading some of the stories of the kids at Sandyhook Elementary. You know, they moved to a different school... I think in a different town, even... and I heard this morning that they've changed the name of that school to Sandyhook so they can try to return to a semblance of normalcy.

Five people who email me regularly?
regularly? um... no one. I can say that most of my email interactions tend to be Sparkpeople or Sparkfriends, though.

Favorite place to eat?
Burger King. It's my fast food weakness.

Favorite place I'd like to be right now?
I'm here. Not saying that I love to be at work--when it comes down to it, I'd rather be at home with my kids--but I like to enjoy all aspects of my life... and I definitely don't work at a miserable place; I have before. We can always be dreaming and wishing and whatever, but I think it's a happier life if we can enjoy where we are, when we are there. I have to be here, so I might as well be happy about it, right?
