Well I gained a little weight....8 lbs to be exact. But I lost it once so I can do it again and this time for good. I guess all the junk and sweets over the holidays finally showed up.
New plan is in action already. Eat more veggies and fruits and stay away from junk,no fast food or too many carbs. And I will ride my recumbent bike for at least 10 minutes per day.
I know it will be hard to ride my bike after working for 8 hrs and being on my feet for most of that. But I will do it. Got to be firm with myself.
My right knee is starting to give a lot of pain, I guess it's getting time to replace it , but I really can't afford to be off work for 3-6 months. So I will baby it for a while.
