I think it'll be good if each time I eat, I view it as a meal. For instance, I had a greek yogurt, some mango slices and an energy drink this morning; that was breakfast. If I just eat randomly, it's harder to control. If I get hungry later on, I can tell myself, "I already had breakfast. If I get something now it'll either be a small snack or lunch"
