I'm determined

Thursday, January 03, 2013

So after I was done I drove the paths I walked and found out I walked at 22 min/mile! I know for sure that if I had been at home on the treadmill I would have gone for the 30 min/mile setting. Woohoo!

Positive message. And a great encouragement to others.

Totally agree - much more fun to walk outside in the fresh air (even if it is a bit chilly!) than to walk on the treadmill.

Make it a great day!

How lucky to have such a beautiful area to walk! I know what cold is. I moved from Central Oregon last year and it was really cold in winter and really hot in summer.
Thank you for making me laugh when you said you weren't worried because even though you can't feel your face you can see it is still there. Haha.

Good for you for getting out there and sucking in all that crispy fresh air. Take care.

Great job and what motivation! Enjoy those sunny days because they are few and far between in the winter time. It really changes your mood and outlook.
