A - Attitude. To be involved you need to have the right attitude; a positive attitude, negativity will get you no where.

I think I'm a pretty positive person, well, at least most of the time. So I am POSITIVELY going to go out running this morning. (if I'm going to average 10 miles a week, I better get at it)

    Yes that 10 miles a week does keep me going sometimes even when I'd rather not. And you are so right about being positive, especially about ourselves. The biggest motivation killer is negative self talk. Good luck with 2013 goals.
