So this morning I hopped on the scale and I'm down a pound. I wasn't going to get on that darn thing until Sunday, but I swear it just jumped under my feet. LOL A pound gone I will take! Now I just have 9 more for this month to go to make me feel like the super woman I am!

Last night I didn't get in my AB workout. Mine were a little sore so I know my daughter's were too. I did make up chili with ground chicken that I had in my freezer. I ended up getting 4 servings out of it for 6 points per serving. So I have that for lunch today, which is a good thing because it is COLD in my office!

Here is what I ended up eating yesterday (maybe this will help keep me accountable too I get 32 points in a day and 49 flex points in a week. I also earn points for working out)

Breakfast -
2 slices wheat bread (2 points)
3 slices honey ham (2 points)
2 egg whites (1 point)
1 slice pepperjack cheese (1 point)
2 cups coffee (0 points)
4 packets truvia (0 points)
4 tbsp F.Vanilla cream fat free (4 points)
Apple slices (0 points)
Total - 10 points

Lunch -
Weight Watchers Mexican rice and red beans (4 points)
Small can of tuna (2 points)
1 smoked cheese stick (1 point)
Apple slices (0 points)
Total 7 points

Dinner
2 oz spaghetti noodles (5 points)
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (6 points)
1 slice bread (1 point)
1 oz Chex mix (4 points)
Total 16 points

Water for the day = 3 liters

Grand total for the day 33 points
Added points for workouts - +7 points
End of the day balance +6 points!!

I figure as long as I am working out the little extra points I use on my creamer in my coffee is a treat! LOL I hope that everyone is having a great day and can get in some movement. Remember diet is important...but so is movement.
