I finally looked at the big schedule (calendar) of my plans and noticed that I didn't even plan to start training for the 1/2 until Jan 7th! Go me.

I also have scheduled the 5th a grocery shop and the 6th as a cooking day. So I had this all planned out before xmas time. So my January 1st panic - well wasn't necessary! LOL

So I am ahead of schedule even if I haven't made it out of bed -yet - to get to the gym this week. Mornings are seriously kicking my butt.

I am still cranky and irritated. So I treated myself to a 100 cal mocha mix (rather then storming Star Bucks) for a chocolate fix and I need to figure out what has me all out of sorts. Maybe it's just that TOM or something.

Decided to focus (for the remainder of this week) on getting back on water, no gluten, and getting back in balance with home/work/and me time.

  That's great you already worked in this week! I should have. I am still in holiday mode, but getting some much needed sleep and laziness after the holiday rush! I am going to the Y for the first time today to use the indoor track, pool and hot tub!
