Feeling a little better now. I am 10 pounds from being 200! Then only 50 more to go. I am hoping to reach 200 by the end of the month. Having a treadmill at home has made it a lot easier, on the days I get up and don't want to do it, I still get up and do my 2 miles then add another mile during the day. I am beginning to notice the changes in my body, even though it has taken me 50 pounds to notice it!
